Those with H1 style headlights can now benefit from PIAA’s Xtreme White technology! Rated at 4000K and providing 110watts of light from only 55watts these bulbs provide a brilliant Xtreme cool white light. Unlike other H1 bulbs, PIAA's Xtreme White Plus H1 has the same current draw as the factory bulb so no wiring harness changes are required. Also, the lower current draw means less heat is generated, which prolongs the life of the bulb itself, the socket and the wiring. Popular applications are the Acura RSX and VW Beetle.

The bulbs are decent. Nothing that would make me spend that type of money for again. Very easy to switch out. Just not the coloring or the clarity I expected or hoped for.
