"Slips easily over the steering wheel"? Not quite - took a good 20 minutes to get it on, but it is definitely on there. Good thing it was a warm day, which helped it stretch. It's a bit 'slick' for my taste, but I think I'll wrap it with some lacing to give it some texture. Very well-made - should last a good long while.
